F&N Partner Jeff Neurman Represents Non-Profit in Formation and Initial Operations

F&N Partner Jeff Neurman represented a newly-formed non-profit, the North American Passive House Network, in its formation and establishment of its chapter framework.  In addition, F&N advised on the application for 501(c)(3) status as a not-for-profit entity under the Internal Revenue Code.

NAPHN is a respected, effective and internationally recognized organization, working in partnership with leading stakeholders across all building sectors such as governments, professional associations, manufacturers, owners, builders, labor organizations, and educational institutions – including the United Nations.  NAPHN is driving the adoption of practices that enable Passive House levels of performance to be commonplace everywhere.
